How to find bluetooth in windows 7 starter

This was a 'free' download. And all worked well, until last week when the BT Manager refused to start because the so-called trial period had ended and it said that I needed to purchase a usage licence from Toshiba.

So much for 'free' downloads - nothing was said about having to pay for a license. Does MS have one for Win 7 now? And if so where can I download it from please. Thank you. This thread is locked.
