My spy pen stopped recording after 5 min the first time and 10 minutes the next time…Both times it had a full SD card too. How can I get it to record for a longer time, such as 30 min or longer? Can you check the backside of your spy pen and see if it has the SH mark for Sherlock Hones? That is truly impossible since we upped our quality assurance teams catch point measures to package 10 spy pen kits at a time and if anything is left on the table the whole 10 are opened up and gone through again. So, we are pretty sure this cannot ever happen, which is our goal.
