Vista won't start-even in safe mode- HELP. I have windows vista on a dell desktop. I have started to experience a problem. It then gives a option to start in safe mode or in normal mode. If I select normal mode the computer will just restart and I am back where I started.
If I select safe mode it goes to a blue screen that reads as the same error that the software or hardware is damaged. Advises to restart computer and remove the items from the computer.
