Currently jaws doesn't see any start menu items what so ever, no matter how you try to access them. I cant find the settings shortcut in the start menu folder on the c: drive either. If the expression is too long to fit on the display, you can use the panning buttons on your display to view the rest of it. Pressing ENTER while focused on the math content opens the Math Viewer add same page link to Math Viewer section where you can explore the expression in greater detail in both speech and braille.
