In describing renewal, the document provides guidelines on how to identify visionary initiatives to address the strategic impacts and opportunities that have been exposed by the crisis and need to be addressed through transformational, ambitious initiatives. Recovery plans enhance preparedness following a crisis and renewal strategies enhance resilience.
The guidelines cover how, in both recovery and renewal, there is a need to identify scalable activity on people, places, processes, power and partners. This document is applicable to those involved in community, local, national and international recovery and renewal including staff from public, private, voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors, among others.
Proof returned by secretariat 60 Publication Got a question? In case of a leakage, toxic and ecotoxic effects of impurities contained in the leaking CO 2 stream could also impact the environment surrounding the storage complex. In order to ensure energy efficiency, proper operation of the whole CCS chain and not to affect its surrounding environment, operators usually limit the concentrations of some impurities, which can, in-turn, influence the design of the capture equipment and purification steps.
Such limits are case specific and cannot be described in this report; however, some examples of CO 2 stream specifications discussed in the literature are presented in Annex A. The required purity of the CO 2 stream delivered from the capture plant will to a large degree depend on the impurity levels that can be accepted and managed by the transport, injection and storage operations.
The capture plant operators will therefore most probably need to purify the CO 2 stream to comply with the required transport, injection, storage specifications or with legal requirements. Monitoring of the CO 2 stream composition plays an important role in the management of the entire CCS process. Methods of measuring the composition of the CO 2 stream and in particular the concentrations of impurities are described and other parameters relevant for monitoring at the various steps of the CCS chain are described.
The interplay between the set CO 2 stream specifications and the efficiency of the entire CCS process is also explained. A strong clinical safety management system must contain a set of policies and procedures that aligns with the IT product development lifecycle, with risk management activities conducted and documented at key stages in the product development, deployment and in-life phases.
The integrated approach culminates in the development of a formal clinical safety case for each release of a healthcare IT product. However, to be effective a clinical safety management system cannot stand alone. Sentry is dependent upon a project being managed using appropriate project management and software development methodologies, together with a quality assurance framework such as ISO Additionally, the assumption is that other work streams will conform to the appropriate standards in their area, e.
Whilst much of the standards work in e-health is taking place in the northern hemisphere and globally the standards journey is still in its infancy, the southern hemisphere cannot ignore the implications. It is not just software vendors and systems integrators that will be required to adopt and inform the evolving standards.
A general, extensible data structure is specified see Clause 5. This is split into structures called containers to accommodate current-day information see Clause 6. Transmitted information includes IVI such as contextual speed, road works warnings, vehicle restrictions, lane restrictions, road hazards warnings, location-based services, re-routing, etc. The information in the containers is organized in sub-structures called data frames and data elements which are described in terms of its content see Clause 7 and its syntax see Annex A.
The data structures are specified as communications agnostic.
